Two operas and a ballet in the usual, beautiful setting of the Opera House: La traviata in a new production directed by Yves Abel and directed by Lorenzo Mariani, Carmen directed by Ryan McAdams in the staging applauded last year with the direction by Valentina Carrasco and the ballet Romeo and Juliet by Prokof'ev, a new creation by Giuliano Peparini, who signs direction and choreography, directed by David Levi.
These are the titles of the summer season that will take place at the Baths of Caracalla from July 3 to August 4, 2018, for a total of nineteen evenings dedicated to the great opera and dance.
From 3 July - La traviata by Giuseppe Verdi: directed by Lorenzo Mariani and conducting by Yves Abel.
From July 14th - Carmen by Georges Bizet: directed by Valentina Carrasco.
From 27th July - Ballet Romeo and Juliet: on the notes of Sergej Prokof'ev, direction and choreography Giuliano Peparini and conductor David Levi.
